However, I have also been getting back into Alphabeat again. More specifically:

Today I finished my second assignment of the semester! Only 1 presentation and 10,000 words worth of essays to go. To celebrate, here is yet another song I've been listening to recently:

Today this suave-ass ho' wore a £5 dress from Primark, attended lectures, wrote some essay plans and went to Frankie & Benny's for lunch.

Meanwhile, I'm  doing a lot more reading/work, I promise. And I paid the £850 for my extra module today, sucks.

And I almost bought that dye today. Almost.

Bought some Smarties cookies from Tesco today, they suck. However when I got home there was some excitement - a cat followed past me into the house! I had been following it down the street but it disappeared, but when I opened our front door it squeezed past me and got inside! It's good to know that despite my yell of surprise and dropping my things none of my housemates came to see what was going on. I got it to go away in the end but I felt really bad; part of me wanted to keep it. Something tells me our landlord would not approve.

And that was my Saturday afternoon.

For hours I've been trying to kill this Sim in a fire, but all that seems to happen is that she dances around in the flames and somehow the fire eventually fades away. Now I'm no pyro-expert, but I don't think that's how fire works. Also you see that puddle on the left? Yeah that's where she wet herself. And those other black patches in the background may or may not be where I tried to start fires earlier.

In celebration of the fact that I finished my first assignment yesterday, I decided to make a Sim house of me and my friends. You want a sneak peak, right? Right.

WELL HERE IT IS!!!

• February 10th - 1000 word document analysis
• March 1st - 2000 word essay
• March 9th or 16th - Group presentation
• March 15th - 2000 word essay from group project
• March 23rd - 1000 word presentation report
• March 24th - 3000 word essay
• March 28th - 3000 word essay
• April 5th - 1000 word essay

And then in May I have 5 exams! Yay! Fantastic! Amazing! The idea that in the space of 2 months I have to write 13,000 words plus do a presentation is a little daunting, especially the two that are 3000 words.

Not my hand but this is the nail polish I'm wearing right now. I didn't close my grey one properly so it went all goopy and weird over Christmas :(

Life Update

I'm watching The Young Victoria and eating Shredded Wheat.

I am here because I like to procrastinate, and on the side people like to know what I get up to (not much).
